1. You must check the regulation of your country first if you can
import a used car from Japan etc.
2. Register - Please fill out our registration form.
3. We will fax you confirmation of your registration.
4. Please make your signature and fax us back.
5. Now you can make Bid!

Please read our trade termscarefully. You can join us if you can pay the amount for cars and ocean freight in advance. We accept the payment from your agent in Japan.

1.Regular Auctions
1-1 Post an item - Japanese member post an item on the web.
1-2 Bid/Buy - You can bid and buy an item you want.
1-3 Proforma Invoice - We send you a proforma invoice and our ID when you win.
Please remit the amount within one week, or a proforma invoice is
nullified. Please fax us your bank t/t evidence.
1-4 Inspection of the car - We inspect conditions of the car the seller
declared. We will tell you if there are some difference of conditions.
In this case the contract is cancelled. And we make a bad feedback to
the seller.
We also guarantee your money.
1-5 Bank t/t and Bill of Lading- We load you a car for shipping after
confirmation of your bank t/t arrival in our bank account and send you
the Bill of Lading.

No Fees! You have to pay the amount for the car and ocean freight.
NOTE: You must pay JP 30,000 for each car if you want to load cars into a container.
For Tanzanian, Kenyan and buyers who want JAAI certificate
You must pay actual cost for JAAI certificate.

1.Regular Auctions
1-1 Register - You must be registered.
1-2 Learn about the seller - Read the opinions of other users for
the seller.
1-3 Learn about the item - Read the items description and detail
information. Look at the detail information carefully.
Some cars don't have de-registration paer(certificate of cancelled
registration). It is very important. You must check it whether you
can import a used car without de-registration paper or not.
1-4 Make your Bid!
NOTE: If you couldn't find a car you want, please tell us your inquiries.
We announce Japanese members your inquiries.

If you are the highest bidder...
|
You will get a proforma invoice in a few days after the auction.
Please proceed to make a payment by telegraphic transfer within 3 days at sight. We certainly show you our ID before your remittance. The proforma invoice will be nullified if you won't do that. And we are afraid that your ID will be rated "Negative". Your ID must be cancelled if you will have done that several times.
We inspect the car which you bought, so you do not worry about condition of the car and losing money.
We will load your cars after confirmation of you bank t/t arrival. We are responsible for the loading cars into the ship.

PAYMENT: Full Telegraphic Transfer (Bank t/t) in advance, NO 50% first and 50% last, Or No business please.
We load you cars for shipping after confirmation of your bank t/t arrival in our bank account. Please fax to us, bank t/t evidenced receipt.
Bank t/t validity within one week, or proforma Invoice is nullified if contracted.
WE SHOW THE OUR ID BEFORE EACH IMPORTER EACH BANK t/t TRANSFER.
